Leadership Inheritance Communications
Frederick (Fred) C. Dudley, President
Fred is a seasoned telecommunications and business executive who brings over twenty (20) years of executive-level leadership to ICC. Through Mr. Dudley’s vision, business development expertise, and customer service management, noticeable growth has been realized within these areas.

Fred has achieved exciting company and product turnarounds, and is recognized for his success in augmenting sales and increased profit margins. His strategic approach to building and managing a business is represented in his work, while in the capacity of CEO for the Trust Tel Management Group, and Polar Communications Corporation, where Mr. Dudley’s focus on product-distribution expediently delivered impressive bottom-line results.
Fred’s exceptional track record of business enhancements and improvements is based on the premise of his philosophy of exceeding customer expectations.

His methodology is that ‘if you do not manage your customer, someone else will.’ Mr. Dudley is recognized for his ability to quickly identify and diagnose sales and growth anomalies that go far beyond marketing, working with companies to refine their respective organizational structure, product lines, sourcing, sales channels, market position, as well as point-of sale and general advertising.

Fred received the Highest Award for Achievement, from the Dale Carnegie Institute in NYC – 2002 “Sales Management.” Mr. Dudley also serves on the Board of Directors for Pilgrimage Outreach in Paterson, New Jersey.


Paul Sciandra, Chief Information Officer

Paul joins us with over seventeen (17) years of technical, operations, and marketing managerial expertise. Mr. Sciandra has maintained a wide array of Information Technology and operational roles. Paul’s most recent position was a Senior Partner and Director of Business Solutions, Ogilvy and Mather. In this role Mr. Sciandra led significant global change management initiatives enabled through technology changes and adoption, resulting in millions-of-dollars in savings, across business units, and millions-of-dollars in additional revenue.

As Chief Information Officer, Paul is responsible for all aspects of ICC’s global IT infrastructure and line of business application development, support and maintenance, to include information service delivery and security. Under Mr. Sciandra’s direction, ICC is committed to delivering results-driven solutions, which ensures that our members have a superior communications network, thus empowering our colleagues to realize substantial opportunities, via attaining significant savings, and limitless income potential.


Arthur Cooke, Chief Financial Officer
 

Mr. Cooke brings to Inheritance Communication Corporation with over 20 years of accounting experience. As a certified CPA, Mr. Cooke was the Chief Tax Accountant and partner with a prestigious tax and accounting firm. In addition to his work as Chief Tax Accountant, Mr. Cooke work for the Executive Offices of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Mr. Cooke attained his Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting and his Masters degree in Taxation from the University of Baltimore.


Kay Wilkerson, Executive Vice President
 

Ms. Wilkerson brings over 25 years of business development, real estate and financial excellence.

Kay currently holds insurance, mortgage, finance and real estate licenses. Ms. Wilkerson currently manages 3 senior medical centers with P&L responsibility that exceeds 4 million dollars annually. In this role, Kay is responsible for city, state, and federal regulations and compliance issues, as well as administration and human resources oversight. All inquiries from every jurisdiction, including and not limited to state inspections are closely managed under her care.

Ms. Wilkerson's responsibility as a senior partner at I. C. C. will embrace and oversee Administration, Compliance, Finance and Human Resources.


Constance Ross, Corporate Communications Executive
 

Constance Ross has for many years been an advocate of excellence in the Business World. She championed Early Childhood Education while serving as President of the more than 50 Pre-schools in the City of Newark, New Jersey, a multi -million dollar project. Appointed by the Mayor of the City as an assistant to the Superintendent of Schools, she fought and won many battles benefitting the children and parents of this program that are still in existence .

Transitioning from Education to Corporate, Conni became part of the Tele-communication Industry with AT&T and Bellcore. As an AT&T Corporate Manager, Ms. Ross successfully managed 123 employees and was the recipient of the Excellence in Management Award along with several other awards for innovative projects. She brings more than 30 years experience from the business arena.

One of her founding businesses, The Foundation for the Advancement of Community Economics, Inc., (FACE) a non-profit, who partnered with For- profit businesses to build affordable housing. Included in that project were community participants who benefited when FACE collaborated with the Union. The Union trained them in the building trades allowing them to become card carrying Union Workers with Union pay. FACE, Inc. also provided training and employment in the Lead Abatement Program. FACE partnered with another local corporation and provided shelter, training, and employment for single women in a Woman's Housing Shelter and worked with adjudicated youth and the school system as a last chance to keep them in school.

An energetic and innovative leader, Conni is the founder and Senior Consultant of Conni Ross Events, an Event Planning Service for the last 18 years. As a Wedding Planner, she has several hundred weddings to her credit. She was the president of NLI (Neighborhood Leadership Initiative) alumni group for several years. Sponsored by the Community Foundation, a Statewide organization , NLI graduated many of New Jerseys top leaders including but not limited to Civic Leaders, City Councilmen /women, State Senators and Mayors. Ms. Ross presently serves as Vice-Chairwoman of the Elizabeth, New Jersey Planning Commission where she has been a Commissioner for the past 16 years.


Stephanie Colzie-Artau, Human Resources Director
 

Stephanie brings to Inheritance Communications Corporation over eighteen years of experience in managing human resources and administrative and operational functions. She is a competent problem solver with a strong track record of analyzing organizational challenges, identifying practical options and implementing appropriate solutions, resulting in productivity improvements and positive bottom line impact.


Maciej Lojewski, International Business Development Director
 

Maciej brings his passion for international business development and marketing to Inheritance Communication Corp. as the International Business Development Director. His team building skills and relationships with key agency partners, brings social media to leading brands through indirect channels. Maciej has been successfully directing the business development and marketing efforts of leading brands for over 10 years by leveraging innovative methods for engaging telecommunications audiences.
